After 15 years of development, it has now grown into a professional OEM enterprise of electronic products. The factory covers an area of 1,800 square meters and has more than 60 employees. Honest operation and mutual benefit and win-win are the cornerstones of our business. With 15 years of manufacturing experience, our quality control capabilities have reached medical-grade standards and comply with ISO 9001 certification. Our products also meet RoHS/REACH (if applicable) requirements. With an excellent supply chain (90% adopt a 24-hour production system), especially in fields such as FPC, PCB, LED backlight, LCD display screens, and POGO pins. We have a fast response speed and can quickly meet the urgent order demands of customers.
Equipped with advanced machinery
The production line is equipped with Yamaha and Hanwha high-speed placement machines, reflow soldering ovens with a 20oC temperature uniformity range, BGA rework stations, wave soldering equipment, cleaning machines, non-destructive X-ray inspection systems, 3D AOI optical inspection equipment, environmental test chambers, drying ovens, drop testers, thermal testing instruments, and bond strength testers. The factory's daily SMT assembly output exceeds 3 million placement points, supporting mass assembly of components ranging from 01005 chips to BGAs. Additionally, the DIP production capacity reaches 100,000 units per day, ensuring timely order fulfillment.
